• Photo Day is Saturday May 3rd at the Dow Dry pad (hockey arena) 
• Please arrive at the DCC Dry pad 15 mins prior to your photo time so we can get everyone ready to go.
• Dressing Rooms will be assigned to each team on the whiteboard to get everyone organized and ready to hit the floor for photos.  
• Managers & Coaches please be there to help organize your team as well as be in the team photo. Once your team has all arrived and is ready you can sit on the hockey benches and wait for us to call you over to the photographer. 
• We will have 2 photographers, one taking team photos and the other doing individual shots. Please remain with your team until everyone is finished with photos.
• If you'd like to have sibling or coach/player photos done please arrive at the earliest kid's time slot. Ie: You have a U13 and U9-2 player - arrive at the U13 time slot because it's earlier with both kids for their sibling photo. You will then need to come back so they are with their actual team for team photos.
• Ordering is all done online after the photos have been processed so there will be no collecting of orders or payments on photo day.
• Have players wear full gear (minus helmet), game shorts and their home jerseys. Bring stick.
