Tykes will follow the LTAD Option A

Tykes will play on a modified flor with the net situated at the top of the 24 foot line.
They will play 4 on 4.
No score will be kept.
Contact will be only equal pressure
Equipment required helmets, mask, knee pads which are optional,small stick, jock/jill strap. Kidney Protectors and slash guards.
They will use the regulation lacrosse ball
Goalies will wear category 1 equipment.
Coaches will remain on the floor. No officials.
3 minute shifts and all players will play goal
Games will consist of 2 15 minute games and 2 15 minute trainning sessions
