Rebels Lacrosse realizes that we make a difference in the lives of our players each day of each season and that this imprint is attained in an environment of trust and respect. We strive to establish and enhance positive attitudes, work ethics, and self-concepts through the sport of box lacrosse to empower our players with attributes to live long, happy, and healthy lives.

Fort Saskatchewan Rebels Lacrosse operates under five guiding principles:
